EZPASS Redesign

What would a municipal brand look like if it was competent, user-focused, and desirable?

My colleagues and I have an ongoing Pinterest board which we have labeled, “Worst Design Hall of Fame.” One of the organizations that continues to fail us in service and product has been EZPass; a sensor that attaches to cars that allows for quick payment of tolls on the east coast.
