My work aims to invoke emotional reflection, result in personal impact, and inspire behavioral transformation.
Every project reveals a moment or two, an opportunity to be a game-changer. This moment is something novel, compelling, simple, and possibly a bit scary. A good design is the sum of good practice and a good eye for aesthetics, but an impactful one requires an empathic approach that recognizes those beautiful moments.
A large portion of my practice is in finding and framing a problem— utilizing social sciences to "dig up" compelling human insights and synthesizing an iterative process. However, "getting my hands dirty" still continues to be a delight.
My curiosity continues to drive me to frame more and more around the convergence of design and management. The application of this allows me to see along the entire chain of product/service development, and selectively advocate for value.
